False Treasure Room
D&D Dungeons and Dragons fantasy art.

Searching for the dragon’s treasure, you find yourself walking into a well-constructed, decorated room. It’s large, filled with chests, crates, art, mundane weapons… . Yet, on the floor, scattered about are random small piles coins: several gold pieces here and there, mixed with copper and silver pieces. Investigating the walls, you quickly discover a +1 dagger and a +1 shield that seem intentionally placed to be found so easily. You recall hearing years ago, about dragon’s creating false rooms designed to pacify any intruders, so they might take the bribe and not look any further to discover its true horde of treasures that lay nearby.
