Inside this massive clock tower, the floors are made of solid wood with many stairs and rails. Surrounding you are very large gears, rods and pulleys moving in unison, while some move in opposite directions. The clicks, clanks, ticks and clattering are loud and unrelenting. The grinding and high pitch gears that beg for oil makes it hard to communicate; you need to yell or signal with your hands. You’ll want to leave before the clock strikes the hour – the swaying swings ringing of several fifteen-ton bells will deafen you for some time.
