Needing help with the deciphering, you could implore a wizard, but you’d be better off hiring one. You know they have their own agenda; they spend countless hours endeavoring on esoteric investigations of arcane lore and the magical sciences for a good reason, that is of their own. Consider hiring them for their extensive research, knowledge, expensive tools and rare components. It won’t be a shoo-in, nor cheap, but an option…if you can trust, and afford it.
